Generate HTML Redirect File.

Usage: ``create_redirect [-h] redirect_url [output]``

Positional arguments:

* redirect_url – The URL to redirect to
* output – Path of the file to create (optional; default ``redirect.html``)

Options:
  -h, --help    Show the help text and exit
